Lamacchia Realty Expands in Northern Berkshire County with Acquisition of Steepleview Realty
Lamacchia Realty is pleased to announce the acquisition of Steepleview Realty in Adams and North Adams, Massachusetts. Anthony Lamacchia, Jackie Louh and the leadership team of Lamacchia Realty are thrilled to be entering the Vermont market and expanding their presence in the Berkshire County market with Jennifer Segala and Deb Trzcinski, who are well-known and respected Broker/Owner/REALTORS® in that area along with their agents who are very active in the region.

For nearly three decades, Steepleview Realty has delivered exceptional real estate services to clients and communities throughout the Berkshires and beyond. Founded by Jennifer Segala on April 1, 1998, the company began with its flagship office on Park Street in Adams, Massachusetts, and has since expanded with a satellite office location in North Adams. In 2015, Broker Associate Deb Trzcinski became a partner alongside Segala. This merger expands Lamacchia Realty’s market presence in the Berkshire County region with Steepleview offices on Park Street in Adams and on Main Street in North Adams, along with the current Lamacchia Regional Marketing Center in Dalton, MA.
In addition to being a licensed broker, Jennifer is a respected real estate instructor and was the fourth person in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to receive a real estate school instructor license in 1995. With 34 years of teaching experience her own Gateway Real Estate School, which offers Pre, Post and Continuing education classes in Massachusetts and Florida, Jennifer is largely responsible for licensing a significant number of REALTORS® in Berkshire County over the years.

Along with Jennifer and Deb, Steepleview Realty brings along 15 agents. Broker Associates Ruth Goyette, Christine Girard, and Pauline Green, a strategic partner of the company, have been with Steepleview Realty since its inception 28 years ago, along with associates Cindy Gross, Patricia Roberts, Bonnie Hayden, Amanda Dabrowski, and Bonnie Brown, each of whom has contributed between 10 and 15 years of service. In recent years, the agency has continued to grow with the addition of Christina Nicholas, Amy Wood, Lisa Wright, Kristy Fitzgibbons, Diane Burdick, Debra Burchard and Helene Sommer.

Since Lamacchia Realty entered the Berkshire County market with the acquisitions of Berkshire Dream Home and later, Home Sweet Home Realty, the company has deployed a very aggressive marketing campaign in the region. The existing campaign will accelerate with this acquisition and dramatically boost the company’s market reach and help add more top REALTORS® to the company in the market. The marketing plan features billboards in the region, social media posts, postcards, newspaper ads, television ads, and much more.
All home buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, REALTORS®, and other broker owners in the area should know that it is business as usual at Steepleview Realty and all current listings and pending sales will not be impacted by this change. There will be no interruptions in service to any clients or other brokerages anywhere. In the weeks to come Lamacchia’s management team and staff will work with all the REALTORS® at Steepleview Realty who are now Lamacchia REALTORS® to implement Lamacchia’s suite of lead products, services, training, technology, and more.
This marks Lamacchia Realty’s fifteenth acquisition in New England in the past two and a half years and the company is working to continue its expansion in New England and also working on closing some acquisitions in South Florida. Recent acquisitions for Lamacchia Realty include one just last month in Somerset with Rosewood Realty and Real Estate School, and right before that Waterbury and Wolcott, CT with the Briotti Group, and in Milford, MA with the Lioce Properties Group. Lamacchia Realty is excited to bring on even more REALTORS® in the Berkshire County market in the weeks and months to come.
