Dan Jodrey Receives Lamacchia Realty’s Employee of the Year Award for 2025
At Lamacchia Realty’s Annual Kickoff Event on February 5th, 2026, one of our talented photographers, Dan Jodrey, was presented with the Employee of the Year Award for 2025! Dan’s passion for his work, commitment to growth, genuine personality and professionalism have made him an invaluable member of the Lamacchia Realty staff and so deserving of this award!

Dan joined Lamacchia in 2022 and very quickly became a vital part of our Pre-List team, bringing the quality of our listing photos to a whole new level. He has already raised the bar for the look of our listings, but what makes Dan stand out is that he always aims higher. He consistently pushes himself to learn and improve his craft, all to better serve our clients and support the team! He earned Employee of the Month recognitions in August 2023 and again in April 2025, so it was only a matter of time before he received Employee of the Year!
