Adam has been with Lamacchia Realty since 2010 inspecting, evaluating and caring for properties. Adam spends most of his day on the road meeting with homeowners and taking professional pictures of their properties, inspecting homes systems, creating online floor plans, and 3D imaging with our new Matterport system, as well as providing staging support for sellers and hanging signs and lockboxes for our agents. He is always prepared for anything and his background demonstrates this with his broad work experience ranging from construction to sales. Adam is always seen with a huge smile on his face. Adam is originally from Watertown, Massachusetts.

Adam’s career with the company began with the short sale and foreclosure crisis when he helped manage and sell hundreds of bank and corporate-owned properties. With the recent announcement of our sister company Lamacchia Property Management, Adam will continue inspecting and monitoring properties and providing customer service, coordinating contractors and utility companies for planned and emergency services, as well as provide rent and property management services to our clients in the Greater Boston Area.
