Adam Pasciscia, a long-time employee of Lamacchia Realty and 2019 Employee of the Year, was promoted to Field Listing Services Manager earlier this week. Adam is a cherished member of the Lamacchia Realty family and we cannot imagine someone more deserving of this title. While Adam’s title was previously Photographer he has certainly been a jack-of-all-trades. Adam’s role keeps him on the road, meeting with homeowners and taking professional pictures of their properties, inspecting homes systems, creating online floor plans, and 3D imaging with our new Matterport system, as well as providing staging support for sellers and hanging signs and lockboxes for our REALTORS ®. Adam became an expert in the field and quickly became a fan favorite among the REALTORS ®. Over the years, as the company grew and more staff members joined the Field Listing Services team of Photographers, Adam was a natural leader. He shared his wisdom and experience with everyone, along with his sense of humor.
It is an honor to have Adam working with us at Lamacchia Realty and we are thrilled to see him thrive in this new role of Field Listing Services Manager. In this role, Adam will oversee all things within our Field Listing Services, including ongoing training and support of our Photographers and daily communications with our Assistant Team on various matters. Adam will continue to provide our clients and REALTORS ® with superior service.

In 2019, Lamacchia Realty had 6 office locations, but now in October of 2021 boasts 10 and they are preparing to open more by years end. Along with opening more office locations, the company now has over 70 staff members operating behind the scenes within the growing brokerage of over 400 agents. The company recently celebrated reaching the billion-dollar sales volume four months earlier than last year.
