The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.
The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The August Employee of the Month is Dan Jodrey.
Dan is one of Lamacchia Realty’s talented photographers, capturing beautiful pictures of the hundreds of listings that go on the market each year. Dan is someone who is always willing to step up to the plate and provide support wherever it is needed. With a goal to consistently learn new skills and push himself to better assist clients, Dan has become an invaluable asset to the Lamacchia Realty team. His passion for real estate photography, coupled with his unwavering commitment to excellence, has not only elevated our listing photos but has also set a high standard for the company. Dan is very much deserving of this recognition, and we couldn’t be happier that he’s a part of the Lamacchia Realty family.
The winner of each month is not only awarded a bonus in their next paycheck but also adds their name to the list of those eligible for the highly coveted Employee of the Year award. Moving forward, the Employee of the Year will be selected from one of the year’s monthly winners.
