Each and every staff member plays an integral role in the continued success of the quickly growing company. Lamacchia Realty views its staff members in the highest regard, fostering the values the full service, value-based brokerage prides itself on. The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.

The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The April Employee of the Month is Dan Jodrey.

Dan plays an important role on the Lamacchia Realty team as one of our skilled photographers, capturing standout images of the many homes we bring to market each year. He’s always ready to lend a hand wherever it’s needed and never hesitates to go above and beyond. Dan is constantly learning and growing, pushing himself to improve so he can better serve our clients and support the team. His passion for real estate photography and dedication to high-quality work have greatly improved the look of our listings and raised the bar across the company. In recognition of his hard work and impact, Dan was also named Employee of the Month back in August 2023. We’re proud to see him earn this recognition once again, and to have him as a valued part of the Lamacchia Realty family!
