Lisa Gray Qualifies for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

We are excited to announce that Lisa Gray has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She has achieved this impressive milestone by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year. 2025 marks Lisa’s third time earning her spot on the President’s Club, as she has done so in 2022 and 2024. Last year marked Lisa’s first time hitting ELITE status, as she surpassed $24,250,000 in sales volume in 2024!

In addition to her President’s Club accolades, Lisa is a consistently top-producing agent both within the Lamacchia Salem office and across the entire company. Year after year, her hard work earns her a place in the Top Producer Circle, and in 2024 she was recognized as the #1 REALTOR® for the Most Transactions out of the Salem, New Hampshire office. Most recently, Lisa was honored on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
