Lamacchia Realty is thrilled to announce that Laiken Rapisarda has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club ELITE! Laiken has achieved this milestone just two short months after qualifying for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club. This Laiken’s first time hitting this impressive feat by selling 50 homes so far this year. Laiken joined Lamacchia Realty in October 2024 following the merger of Home Sweet Home Real Estate. She currently serves as a REALTOR®, Broker Associate and ABR at the Lamacchia Realty Berkshires location. 

Laiken takes pride in delivering exceptional service to every client. She excels at guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process with ease and confidence. Her commitment and strong work ethic earned her a place in the 2024 Lamacchia Realty Top Producer Circle and recognition on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List.

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
