Lamacchia Realty is excited to share that John Millen, Business Development Manager has been elected as the chairperson for the Realtor Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) Government Affairs Committee for 2020!
In this new role, John’s responsibilities include identifying and reviewing potential laws that may hurt or favor clients and Realtors throughout the industry, organizing events for Realtors including the annual Major Investor Night, and attending Realtor Day on the Hill where Realtors are able to meet with local legislators to discuss the current state of the Real Estate industry. John also actively engages with and supports candidates whose policies align with the ideals and vision of the current real estate industry and best represent the needs of Realtors and their clients. John began his work on the Government Affairs Committee in 2018 and was elected as a vice chair to the committee in 2019.

In the summer of 2019 John was promoted to Business Development Manager, working closely with Realtors to review best practices to reach their professional goals and grow their businesses. In 2018, John also won the Teamwork and Culture Award for his willingness to help anyone throughout the company and his ability to get everyone together and spend time with one another!
