John Millen began his career at Lamacchia Realty as a Realtor in May of 2016. After quickly producing many sales and showing his unwavering support for the company he decided to transition to a Business Development Consultant in March of 2018. In this role, he focused on consulting Realtors at Lamacchia Realty on best practices for growing their businesses thereby promoting and enhancing the company’s Realtor development in the Worcester Market.
It became evident while he was in this role that his impact on the company culture was immense. In 2018, he won the Teamwork and Culture award because he was always willing to help anyone in the company and he was the ringleader for many fun company outings.

In his new role, John will be assisting in growing the company with like-minded agents. His position includes things related to bringing on new agents and ensuring the current Lamacchia agents are happy and achieving their goals.

In the last three years, Lamacchia Realty has more than doubled in agent count, sales volume and revenue largely due to the impact of the Business Development Team. Lamacchia Realty now has offices in Waltham, Westford, Woburn, Worcester, and Norwood and just this past year the Leominster location was introduced.
