Thursday, February 1st, 2024 – Anthony Lamacchia announced at the annual company event that  the 2023 Employee of the Year is Christin Piccirilli, our incredible Financial Analyst!  Christin’s hard work and expert-level skillset in all things accounting and bookkeeping have made her a standout employee, for several years.  In 2023 with the large amount of growth at Lamacchia Property Management Christin’s work went to a whole new level.

Ever since she joined the Lamacchia Companies back in 2016, Christin arrives to work every day willing to take on challenges; she is the person who runs at the hard work.  Her remarkable commitment and dedication to the accounting department are unparalleled. Her exceptional attention to detail and her unwavering willingness to assist in any way possible is truly valued and greatly appreciated. In her time with our company, Christin has earned several other recognitions in the past, including Staff Star in 2019, Employee of the Month in October 2022, and Employee of the Month in November 2023. It was only a matter of time before she’d receive Employee of the Year!

Along with her outstanding contributions to Lamacchia Realty, Christin has also dedicated more and more time to Lamacchia Property Management, playing a crucial role in the business’ exponential growth over the last year.
