Christin Piccirilli Named Lamacchia Realty Employee of the Month – October 2022

Each and every staff member plays an integral role in the continued success of the quickly growing company. Lamacchia Realty views its staff members in the highest regard, fostering the values the full-service, value-based brokerage prides itself on. The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.  

The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The October 2022 Employee of the Month is Christin Piccirilli.

Christin has been with Lamacchia Realty since 2016, and she has been an exemplary team member from day one. She started as a Bookkeeper and quickly proved her dedication and expertise, leading to her current role as Finance Coordinator. Christin is a true team player, always showing up to work with a smile and positive attitude. She is quick to lend a helping hand whenever she can, and her dedication is evident in everything she does. Christin is an essential member of the Lamacchia Realy staff, and we are lucky to have her on board!
