Brandon Farrell Promoted to Director of Marketing of Lamacchia Companies Inc.
Brandon Farrell has been promoted to Director of Marketing for all Lamacchia Companies! In this expanded role, Brandon will continue to work with both, Lindsay Favazza, Cole Gargaro, to elevate and grow all the brands within Lamacchia Companies, Inc.

He came in as a photographer and videographer, and immediately had impact by really upping our game on all things photography. I remember quickly realizing he had a lot of natural marketing ability and a a strong work ethic. As a recent example Brandon has been overseeing our Google Spending for all companies, and we are doing better than ever. I have a lot of trust in him, his ideas, and the way he represents this company. This promotion is very well deserved, and I’m excited to see him continue helping drive Lamacchia Companies forward.”
Brandon joined Lamacchia Realty in 2020, originally as a photographer and videographer. Very quickly, his creativity, technical skill, and dedication quickly made an impact across the company. Since joining, he has grown into a key contributor, earning recognition as Staff Star in November 2021 and 2021 Employee of the Year, and later being promoted to Lead Photographer & Videographer and then Marketing Manager in 2024.
His experience supporting both company and agent marketing initiatives has prepared him well for his new role as Director of Marketing, where he will help lead creative strategy, strengthen visual marketing efforts, and support cohesive campaigns across all brands. Though not a REALTOR®, between being married to a Presidents Club Lamacchia agent and producing every training course in Crush It In Real Estate’s online library, he’s probably sat in the agent seat more than most. In addition he will still do some camera work on special projects and various things. As a Director he will also participate in some Executive team meetings along with other Directors who are informally known as the Exec plus members.

Brandon has over nine years of experience in photography and videography, along with a background in digital marketing and website management. He has worked on commercial projects for well-known brands and continues to build his creative skills through his work. Brandon also holds a double major in Communication Studies and Graphic Design from Westfield State University. This experience will help him bring a strong creative vision and well-rounded marketing perspective to his new role as Director of Marketing.
