Lamacchia Realty is proud to share that the 2021 Employee of the Year is Brandon Farrell, the company’s Lead Photographer and Videographer.

Brandon was hired to help elevate the company’s overall photography and videography for properties, and other initiatives and he has done that ten-fold. While it may appear that being the lead Photographer/Videographer of the company is a glamourous job, it takes a lot of hard work and time. On any given day, Brandon can be found at pre-list shoots and drone shoots for properties, filming a video for Anthony, and then driving across the state to film promotional videos for Lamacchia REALTORS or with Lamacchia clients. He spends countless hours perfecting photos and footage in order to make properties, REALTORS, clients, and the company look their best. He doesn’t complain but offers a chuckle and shrugs his shoulders while he digs in. Brandon is a team player, always working with departments and REALTORS to do what he can to get the job done well. Brandon works with every photographer in the company, helping them refine their skills and up their game.

On set, Brandon is often affectionately referred to as Anthony’s little brother since he is the perfect height to act as a stand-in in Anthony’s absence. Brandon dedicates himself to the work and the company, doing everything in his power to ensure the company is seen in the very best light (literally.) Always thinking ahead, Brandon is constantly thinking of ways to take the company to the next level. He demonstrates impressive levels of patience, receiving edit after edit on videos with a smile. His positivity is contagious, and he truly exemplifies everything the company stands for.

We cannot imagine the company without Brandon behind the lens and we are thrilled to award him with the honor of 2021 Employee of the Year.
