Lindsay is originally from Peabody, Massachusetts and got her Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Northeastern University. After College, she moved out to Orange County California where she climbed the business ladder at Option One Mortgage and then Corinthian Colleges. These positions allowed her to learn and manage many different marketing channels and provided her with a breadth of big company knowledge.

In 2011, she moved back to Massachusetts and settled down in Gloucester. She loves being close to the water and prefers to stay driving distance to her North Shore family and friends. After returning to Massachusetts she spent some time working with small businesses and helping them to grow which was a departure from the big corporations she had worked at prior. But the yearn for doing something big was still burning inside her so she decided she needed a change.

One night after seeing a Lamacchia Realty commercial on TV she decided she would take a chance and sent an email to Anthony Lamacchia asking about positions at the company. He responded within minutes and in February 2016 she started working as Marketing Manager at Lamacchia Realty.

In those 3 short years with the company the rate of growth and the transformation that the culture has taken has been inspiring. With the development of new businesses lines, she has been able to establish the names and clientele of Lamacchia Property Management and REAL Training and Systems while continually enhancing the brand of Lamacchia Realty.

In her role as Vice President of Marketing and with the strength of her supportive team they will focus on increasing the awareness for all 3 brands, they will discover and utilize new marketing channels, they will continue to improve upon the current channels of advertising, and will help agents and staff with property specific marketing and their own personal branding.

While not at work she spends most of her time hanging out with her 12-year-old son Connor, her 5-year-old daughter Lilah and her incredibly supportive husband Michael Favazza. During the summer months, she enjoys running and lounging by the pool and in the winter, she enjoys cooking and watching movies with the family.
