Bea Murphy Wins Both Most Growth and Most Takens Award for 2019

January 16, 2020 – Lamacchia Realty is proud to announce Bea Murphy as the 2019 winner of the Year Over Year Most Growth award and Most Takens award.  Most Takens is defined as the most new buyers and sellers signed up as new clients.  This is a very good indicator that Bea could likely have an even bigger year in 2020.

It is no surprise to see Bea win the Most Growth award as well, having made the 2019 President’s Club in her second full year as a Realtor.  She received her license in 2017 where she had 6 sales, jumped to 18 sales in 2018, then more than doubled her sales for the second year in a row to 43 in 2019. Most recently, she was recognized as one of our Top 5 Producing Realtors of 2019 Companywide and Top 3 Producing Realtors out of the Norwood office.  Bea was also featured on HGTV’s House Hunters this past summer where she assisted a couple in finding their perfect home in the Boston area.

Since joining the company in March of 2017, Bea has consistently come to weekly company trainings and has taken advantage of all the resources and services that are offered to all agents of Lamacchia. She has proven, by having signed up 102 clients this past year, which is the most in the company thereby making her the winner of the Most Takens award, that when you follow the systems put in place you see results.
