Nadia Santiago Qualifies for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club

We are so happy to announce that Nadia Santiago has officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! She has hit this impressive milestone by surpassing $16,000,000 in sales volume so far this year! This is Nadia’s FIRST time qualifying for the President’s Club, since joining Lamacchia in 2023. She has been a consistent top-producing agent out of the Chelmsford office, earning a spot on the monthly Top 5 Producers list five times this year, including the most recent rankings in September and October.

Apart from her President’s Club accolade, Nadia was also a part of the Lamacchia Realty Top Producer Circle in 2023 and qualified this year as well by surpassing $9 million in sales volume. 

2024 has been such an amazing year for Nadia, and we can’t wait to see what 2025 will hold for her. Congratulations, Nadia!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas late last year, and the 2023 members just went back to Aruba! The 2024 members are expected to travel back to Aruba late next year.
