Lamacchia Realty, Inc. has released its “Top Producing REALTORS®,” for October 2024! This program recognizes the Top 10 REALTORS® company-wide and the Top 3 or 5 REALTORS® by office with the highest transaction numbers or sales for the month!

Shauna Fanning has a passion and a drive for customer service and customer relations and has over 17 years in the field. Her reason for becoming a real estate agent is to continue her desire to work with people and have clients be as happy with their lifestyle as she is providing it to them. Maria Liccardi is a driven REALTOR® based in Dalton,Massachusetts. She began her real estate career in April 2016 while raising two young daughters and has since become a top-producing agent with expertise in investor-driven multifamily sales, flips, and construction. In September, Maria officially qualified for the 2024 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club, by selling over 33 homes so far this year. Anthony Castellano is a Wilmington, MA native and has been involved in the Real Estate industry for years.
