Lamacchia Realty Officially Celebrates Springfield Grand Opening
After joining forces with legacy brokerage Sears Real Estate, opening the Springfield branch office, and entering the Springfield market in April 2024, Lamacchia Realty was thrilled to celebrate the official grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, October 19th, 2024! Sears Real Estate has been serving buyers and sellers since 1971, under the influential leadership of the late Paul Sears. The brokerage is one of the most recognized brokerages in the area!
We were honored to have in attendance, Broker Associates Brian Sears, Dan Rodriguez, and Kevin Sears, who is currently serving as the President of the National Association of REALTORS®. Springfield Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Congressman Richard Neal were also in attendance and each said a few words at the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Of course, our Springfield office REALTORS® also joined us to celebrate the opening of the freshly updated office. In addition, we were also joined by many staff members, family, friends, and clients who enjoyed plenty of family-friendly fun!
The fun didn’t stop there! Following the grand opening, REALTORS®, staff, clients, friends, and family joined us at Springfield Elks for Sears Real Estate’s 10th Annual Pumpkinfest, a staple celebration in the community! Over 200 guests came by to pick their own pumpkins, eat great food, and more.
The Springfield office is one of many new offices to join the Lamacchia Realty map in the past few years. In 2023, Lamacchia joined forces with Foley Real Estate in Falmouth, MA, and Right Choice Real Estate in Fall River, MA, and in 2024, joined together with FOUR brokerages in addition to Sears, including Emerson Realtors in Auburn, MA, Briarwood Real Estate in Easton, MA, Berkshire Dream Home in Dalton, MA, and most recently, Home Sweet Home Real Estate in Pittsfield, MA.
Additionally, Lamacchia Realty celebrated its first official Connecticut office with a grand opening in Southington, CT in December 2023. Lamacchia also expanded into Salem NH, Northborough MA, Beverly MA, Chelmsford MA, and Braintree MA, officially stating their claim in markets the company has already been serving for over a decade. In the summer of 2020, Lamacchia purchased the historic 451 Main Street office in Waltham. Finally, after years of referring clients to other companies, Lamacchia opened its very first office in the state of Florida. The Fort Lauderdale office expands its presence beyond the New England area, allowing the company to serve the South Florida market.
