Wednesday, October 16, 2024 – Today at the Lamacchia Realty company updates meeting, Anthony Lamacchia, Broker/Owner of Lamacchia Realty announced Angela Rastellini as the new Broker of Record for Lamacchia Realty in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and in a short period of time, all of New England.

The truth is Angela has been my broker associate for many years and she has been handling the vast majority of broker-related tasks for some time now.  The time has come to make it public and official.  I cannot express how incredibly proud I am of her. In this role as a licensed broker of record, Angela acts as the designated representative for Lamacchia Realty and is responsible for ensuring legal compliance as well as upholding respective state real estate requirements. Angela is well known within the company as being the go-to for Lamacchia REALTORS® with any transactional questions or issues that may arise during the buying or selling process.

Angela Rastellini 15 years with Lamacchia RealtyAngela began with Lamacchia Realty in 2009 as an administrative assistant and within her 15-year tenor, has steadily risen up the ranks. In the beginning, she excelled as an assistant and was quickly promoted to a listing agent, working alongside Anthony during the housing crisis selling thousands of properties through traditional sales and as well, mastering the short sale process.  Her skills earned her the title of Listing Manager in 2012 where she ran the team until the company transitioned to a traditional brokerage model in 2015.

From there she built and ran the operational side of the company, first as Director of Operations in 2016, and then as Vice President of Operations in 2019.  In this role, she oversaw all transactional aspects of the company’s sales and compliance. She obtained her Massachusetts broker license in 2020 and then in 2021 her New Hampshire broker license, expanding on her skill set and qualifications which leads to this current promotion to Broker of Record.
