Lamacchia Realty’s President’s Club makes its way back to Aruba!  This was an all-inclusive, all-expense paid trip to the Riu Palace Antillas Hotel in Palm Beach, Aruba where members spent a week filled with plenty of fun and activities including snorkeling and sailing, time to relax and lounge on the beach and by the pool, and group dinners out on the town to celebrate their successes!

To qualify for President’s Club, agents had to sell 33 total homes or $16,000,000 in total sales volume within a calendar year. In 2020, the status of President’s Club ELITE was launched as well! To achieve ELITE status, REALTORS® must sell 50 homes total or $24,240,000 in total sales volume within a calendar year. These ELITE qualifiers not only earned their spot on the trip but also received an extra day!

Along with this group of incredible REALTORS®, members of the executive team and the 2023 Employee of the Year enjoyed well-deserved fun in the sun as well. Members of the executive team who attended this year were: CEO Anthony Lamacchia, COO Jackie Louh, VP of Marketing Lindsay Favazza, and Associate Broker for MA & NH Angela Rastellini.

Qualifiers for the 2024 President’s Club are expected to return to the Riu Palace Antillas Hotel in Palm Beach, Aruba in 2025!
