Michelle Farrell’s passion for real estate was sparked at a young age, growing up in a family deeply rooted in property investment. Her father owned and managed numerous investment properties, giving her first-hand insight into what it takes to successfully oversee real estate ventures. That early exposure laid the foundation for her journey, which began in 2016 when she and her father purchased her first home, a two-family property. Together, they rented out one unit and completely renovated the other, where Michelle lived. This experience taught her how to identify profitable investments, focus on the structural integrity of a home, and see beyond cosmetic details.

Her personal real estate portfolio has since grown, including a second investment property purchased with her husband in 2020 and their condo in Dorchester in 2021, which they have since rented out after buying their current home in Hanover in 2024. Professionally, Michelle has achieved remarkable success, closing over $60 million in sales and helping countless clients achieve their real estate goals. Earning her license in 2020, Michelle quickly established herself as a top-performing REALTOR®. In 2022, she earned the company’s Most Growth award with a staggering 143% increase in her business. She has since become a consistent member of Lamacchia Realty’s Top Producer Circle, earned a spot on the 2023 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list, and appeared frequently on Lamacchia Realty’s monthly Top Producers List, both companywide and in the Braintree office. As a family being relocated from out of state we had many questions and concerns along the way and Michelle was there with us every step of the way.
