Michelle Farrell grew up with Real Estate starting at a very young age. Her father owned many investment properties and she was able to see first-hand how he managed each one. Fast forward to 2016 when she purchased her first home and investment property with her dad. They rented out the first unit and completely renovated the second unit which she owner-occupied. Through this experience, she learned not only what a profitable investment property looks like, but also to look past cosmetics and focus on “the bones” of the home instead. Since then, Michelle purchased a second investment property with her husband in 2020, and in 2021, they bought their condo in Dorchester. Besides her own personal experience, she has also closed over $30 million in sales. Michelle is thrilled to use her expertise to assist both buyers and sellers in reaching all their Real Estate goals and is looking forward to helping her clients navigate the current market. When she’s not playing real estate matchmaker, she enjoys running, paddle boarding, spending time with her family, and cooking- be sure to check out her ‘In the Kitchen with Michelle’ videos on Instagram.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Michelle gained extensive experience building relationships with clients as a sales consultant at a high-end bridal shop and as a buyer for Talbots. She is well-versed in helping clients with the biggest purchases of their lives and it’s a career she genuinely enjoys. She currently lives in Dorchester and serves the Greater Boston and South Shore areas.
