Throughout his career, he has overseen more than $60 million in residential transactions and played a pivotal role in the development and sale of several new construction communities, including Breakwater Bay, City Point Landing, and Lakeside of Cheshire. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Stanley is an active real estate investor, providing him with a firsthand, owner-level perspective that strengthens his ability to evaluate risk, identify opportunity, and successfully navigate complex transactions in dynamic market environments.
