Lamacchia Realty Named a 2025 Fast 50 Company by Boston Business Journal

The Boston Business Journal has officially named Lamacchia Realty to its exclusive Fast 50 list, representing Massachusetts’s 50 fastest-growing private companies. This year’s list includes the 50 privately held, Massachusetts-based/co-headquartered businesses that recorded the highest revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. To be considered, companies needed a baseline of $1 million in revenue for 2024 and at least $500,000 in revenue for 2021. Boston Business Journal’s research department then analyzes those numbers meticulously. In 2025, Lamacchia Realty ranked 34th on the Fast 50 List with 59.31% growth within that timeframe. This is the eighth year in a row that Lamacchia Realty has made the list!  

Boston Business Journal held its annual event for the Fast 50 Honorees on Tuesday, May 13th at Big Night Live in Boston. Several members of Lamacchia Realty’s Leadership Team were in attendance and accepted the award, including Chief Operating Officer, Jackie Louh, Senior Vice President of Finace, Sarah Chaisson, and Creative Director, Cole Gargaro.

Despite the challenging past year in the real estate market, Lamacchia Realty has continued to grow with several new branch offices and acquisitions: 

April 2024 – Lamacchia Realty enters the Springfield market by joining forces with legacy brokerage, Sears Real Estate. 

April 2024 – Lamacchia Realty joins forces with Emerson Realtors out of Auburn, MA, opening the company’s 16th branch office at that time. 

June 2024 – Lamacchia Realty acquires Briarwood Real Estate in Easton, Massachusetts, and have an office in South Easton. 

July 2024 – Berkshire Dream Home joins Lamacchia Realty, expanding services to the Berkshires by having an office in Dalton, Massachusetts. 

October 2024 – Lamacchia Realty had two acquisitions this month in different markets, including Home Sweet Home Real Estate in Pittsfield, MA and Thrive Real Estate in Shrewsbury, MA. 

November 2024 – Lamacchia Realty’s introduction to the Newburyport area by joining forces with Stone Ridge Properties, and acquiring their two offices in Amesbury and Newburyport, Massachusetts.
