Lamacchia Realty ranked #1 in berkshire MLS Dalton by Office Firm 2024

Lamacchia Realty is proud to announce that it has been recognized as the #1 real estate company in the Berkshires by transaction count, according to FlexMLS, the Berkshire County multiple listing service. This achievement is the result of the successful integration of Berkshire Dream Home, Home Sweet Home Real Estate, and Lamacchia Realty.

In 2023, Berkshire Dream Home led the Berkshires as the top brokerage by transaction volume and was on track to retain its #1 status in 2024. However, following its acquisition by Lamacchia Realty in July 2024, the majority of its sales in the second half of the year were attributed to Lamacchia Realty. The company further expanded its presence in the region with the acquisition of Home Sweet Home Real Estate in October 2024 and its continually growing roster of agents who join the company.

In addition to leading the Berkshire market, Lamacchia Realty’s Dalton office was ranked #1 in 2024 for closed transactions by office and firm within the town of Dalton.
