John Mulryan PC

We are excited to announce that John Mulryan has officially qualified for the 2025 Lamacchia Realty President’s Club! This is John’s first time qualifying for the President’s Club, and he has done so by his team, the Mulryan & Maher Group, surpassing $21,280,000 in sales volume so far this year. John is a Co-Team Lead of the Mulryan & Maher Group, based out of the Lamacchia Auburn office. The team consists of himself, fellow Team Lead, Kate Maher Campbell, and team member Melissa Carpenter.

Formerly the co-owner of Emerson Realtors in Auburn, MA, John joined Lamacchia Realty following the acquisition of his brokerage in April 2024 and has become a top-producing REALTOR® in the company, as well as a team lead. In 2024, The Mulryan & Maher Group ranked #1 in Auburn, MA for their closed sales dollar volume and closed transactions in town! Additionally, John had earned his spot on the 2024 Top Producer Circle by surpassing $9 million in sales volume last year. Outside of real estate, John enjoys basketball and soccer, spending time with his family and vacationing in Cape Cod and Florida, and coaching youth sports.

Congratulations, John! What an incredible accomplishment!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018 and 2019, respectively. After being postponed due to the pandemic, the 2019 and 2020 President’s Club members returned to Aruba in 2021. The 2022 members traveled to the Bahamas, and the 2023 as well as the 2024 members went back to Aruba! The 2025 members are expected to travel to Aruba late next year.
