Behind the incredible REALTORS® of Lamacchia Realty is a team of over 75 staff members that work tirelessly to support, propel, and operate the independently owned brokerage. Each and every staff member plays an integral role in the continued success of the quickly growing company. Lamacchia Realty views it’s staff members in the highest regard, fostering the values the full service, value-based brokerage prides itself on. The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.  

The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The May 2022 Employee of the Month is Jacqueline Morse.

Jacqueline first joined Lamacchia Realty in July 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. Immediately, her bright positive attitude filled the office, and everyone knew Jacqueline was a keeper. As Jacqueline spent more time working within our Salesforce system, it became clear she was a natural in the system and thrived in that environment. Jacqueline transitioned into the role of Business Systems Support Specialist in 2020 where she now focuses her time on assisting agents with the company’s custom CRM system while also working on behind the scenes projects to constantly improve the system. Jacqueline’s enthusiasm lights up the room, from the office to the Zumba dancefloor with her colleagues after work!
