Behind the incredible REALTORS® of Lamacchia Realty is a team of over 90 staff members that work tirelessly to support, propel, and operate the independently owned brokerage. Each and every staff member plays an integral role in the continued success of the quickly growing company. Lamacchia Realty views its staff members in the highest regard, fostering the values the full service, value-based brokerage prides itself on. The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.

The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The March Employee of the Month is Jacqueline Morse.

Jacqueline joined Lamacchia Realty in June 2015 as an Administrative Assistant. As she became more involved with our Salesforce system, it quickly became evident that she had a natural talent for it and thrived in that environment. In 2020, she transitioned into the role of Business Systems Support Specialist, where she now dedicates her time to supporting agents with our custom CRM and leading behind-the-scenes projects to enhance its performance. Jacqueline brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she does and was recognized as the Employee of the Month back in May 2022.
