Jackie Louh Promoted to Director of Growth & Development
January 29th, 2018- Jackie Louh, a long-time member of Lamacchia Realty, was promoted from Manager to Director of Growth & Development! In this role Jackie will oversee everything related to growing the company through adding additional Realtors; including overseeing all recruiting efforts, agent onboarding, administering Lamacchia’s REAL Training Basics course, marketing plans to attract agents, and more.

Jackie has been with the company since 2010 and has had several different roles. She started as an administrative assistant, then became a Realtor where she specialized in listings and went on to be the team leader who sold over 600 listings in 5 years. In 2016, she was promoted to Listings and New Agent Development Manager. This latest promotion to Director puts her into the senior management team.

Lamacchia is making no secret about the fact that they are on a mission to double their agent count by 2019 and significantly thereafter. The company has doubled its agent count in the last twenty-four months all while building a foundation consisting of systems, processes, support, and training which will handle dramatically more agents and sales. Jackie is now the top person in charge of this large effort.
