heidi weed quarterly production achievement

Congratulations to Heidi Weed on officially qualifying for the Quarterly Production Achievement from the NHMR Board of REALTORS®! This recognition highlights her outstanding performance during the second quarter of 2025. Impressively, this marks Heidi’s third consecutive year receiving the honor—making her the first REALTOR® at Lamacchia Realty to earn this distinction three times since the company opened its first Connecticut office in 2022.

For nearly 20 years, Heidi has been guiding clients through the real estate process, using her deep market knowledge and expertise to help them sell their homes or find the home of their dreams. Her hard work and dedication has earned her many impressive accolades, such as earning her spot on the 2024 Lamacchia Realty Top Producer Circle, and being named as the #1 REALTOR® of the Southington office with the Most Transactions and Highest Sales Volume in 2024. Most recently, Heidi was honored on the 2025 RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List.

This recognition is truly well-earned, and we’re excited to see what Heidi accomplishes next!

“We are thrilled to celebrate this accolade with Heidi as a testament to her outstanding production and remarkable dedication to her clients. She consistently exceeds expectations, inspiring all of us. Congratulations Heidi!"
