BETH ALLEN-BYRD

Beth Allen-Byrd is  the Regional Sales Manager for Connecticut and Western Massachusetts  at Lamacchia Realty. In this role, she guides and empowers REALTORS® across the region, which includes those in  the Southington, CT , and the Berkshires, MA branch locations, by sharing her deep knowledge of industry-wide sales strategies for working with home buyers and sellers. She serves as a hands-on leader and trusted resource, helping agents and even staff fully leverage the company’s wide range of tools, services, and training to grow their businesses and reach their goals. Beth works alongside Gina Shumilla as well as with Mike McGrory, and other staff members in those markets.  

After experiencing Lamacchia Realty’s and Crush it in Real Estate’s exceptional training  at her prior company,  Beth joined the company in 2022.  She was drawn by Lamacchia’s strong brand presence, marketing consistency, and agent support. She joined alongside Gina Shumilla as a leader in company’s expansion to the state. 

Beth began her real estate career in 2014 following a successful career in cosmetic packaging sales, where she worked with top global brands like Maybelline, Estée Lauder, and Avon. Her experience navigating complex business relationships, managing client needs, and leading with empathy translated seamlessly to real estate, where she quickly found a passion for helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership. 

Beth is known for her intuitive leadership, positive energy, and commitment to listening — the key skill she believes lies at the heart of serving both clients and agents. A lifelong resident of central Connecticut, she remains deeply connected to the local community she serves.
