Each and every staff member plays an integral role in the continued success of the quickly growing company. Lamacchia Realty views its staff members in the highest regard, fostering the values the full-service, value-based brokerage prides itself on. The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.   

The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The April 2022 Employee of the Month is Erin Hebert.  

Erin first joined Lamacchia Realty in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant. It didn’t take long for Erin to fit right in with the company and her work ethic impressed everyone who worked with her. Erin led a seamless transition for her then-Westford agents during the move to the new Chelmsford office location in 2021. Erin’s hard work did not go unnoticed, and she was promoted to the Office Manager of both the Chelmsford and Hudson office locations in 2021. When it comes to determination and grit, Erin has more than her fair share. If you combine that with her ability to navigate the most challenging of situations with grace, you have an incredible manager. But above all, it is Erin’s kind heart and big smile that make her an invaluable member of the Lamacchia Realty family.
