Anthony Lamacchia Ranks on the Swanepoel Power 200 for 2025
In recent news, Anthony Lamacchia, Founder and CEO of Lamacchia Realty, was ranked on the T3 Sixty Swanepoel Power 200 List for 2025. This list consists of powerful real estate leaders who have been selected based on their power within their company/brokerage, their influence and reputation with those in the industry, and the impact they have made and are planning to implement in the coming years.
Out of the 125 members on the Top Brokerage/Franchise Executives List, Anthony ranked impressively at #86, and out of the full list of 200 leaders, he ranked #130.
2024 was a very successful year for Anthony, as he was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® (GBAR). Additionally, Boston Agent Magazine awarded him the 2024 Managing Broker of the Year, a title that was very well-deserved. With his leadership, Lamacchia Realty was named Boston Globe’s #1 Top Place to Work for Large Companies in Massachusetts for the second year in a row, surpassed $2 billion in YTD sales volume, and as of January 2025, Lamacchia has acquired 10 companies in the previous 17 months. With a growing company of now 22 offices, Lamacchia Realty continues to be a strong force in the real estate industry as it grows and evolves.
Under Anthony’s leadership, Lamacchia Realty has grown tremendously in recent years, not only in size but in innovation. Among other awards in 2021, the company was ranked the fastest-growing firm in the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® network.
As a highly regarded industry spokesperson, he has done hundreds of television and event appearances. His awards include Boston Agent Magazine Industry MVP in 2021, RISMedia Newsmaker, MAR Private Property Rights Award, and Real Trends Game Changers. He has advocated for homeownership, distressed homeowners, and mortgage lending in Washington, D.C.
