Announcing the newest qualifier for the Lamacchia Realty President’s Club, Jason Pincomb! With less than a year at Lamacchia, it’s amazing to see him qualify for this exciting distinction! After joining the company in March of this year, he quickly became a top producer in the Worcester office. Jason’s high level of knowledge of the industry and 14 years of experience working with hundreds of buyers and sellers have allowed him to be an excellent resource for his clients and fellow REALTORS®.  Jason also recently joined the Business Development team at Lamacchia, working with agents to help them grow their business, give advice, and share his insights to best practices!

It's amazing to see Jason qualify after being at the company for less than a year. His knowledge and expertise of the industry is immense and he continuously goes above and beyond for his clients. I''m looking forward to celebrating with him in Aruba!

The Lamacchia Realty President’s Club was announced in 2017 where qualifying members are recognized in select marketing collateral throughout the year and will be sent on an all-expense-paid trip. Members of the 2017 and 2018 President’s Club, along with a portion of the Leadership Team and the Employee of the Year, flew to Hotel Riu Palace Antillas in Aruba in 2018. The trip was such a success that it is anticipated that 2019 and 2020 (postponed due to pandemic) members will be vacationing at the same resort in Winter 2022. 2021 members will join in on the fun in the same location later in 2022.
