Lamacchia Realty’s Business Development Team continues to grow with the latest addition of well-known Worcester area REALTOR® Jason Pincomb. While he has only been with the company since March of 2021, Jason quicky acclimated to the Lamacchia Realty culture and community it is known for. With nearly 15 years of industry experience, Jason thoroughly understands all the highs and low that come with being a REALTOR®. Jason understands the value of having a full-service, value-based brokerage behind you as a REALTOR® and we can’t imagine someone better to represent the company in the community.

Jason will now be working on the Business Development Team as a Business Development Consultant. He will work one-on-one with prospective agents looking to join the company. Combined with his experience as a REALTOR®, Jason’s background as a real estate coach will help new agents transition into the world of Lamacchia Realty with confidence and ease.
