Lamacchia Realty is pleased to welcome Ben Panunzio, previously a REALTOR® with the company, to the sales team as Assistant Regional Manager. With over six years of experience as a successful real estate agent, Ben brings a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for agent development. In his new role, he aims to leverage his hands-on expertise to support and strengthen the businesses of agents throughout Lamacchia Realty by supporting Regional Managers MacKenzie Mell, Michelle Wesson, Beth Allen-Byrd, and Shane Bronson.

Ben has been with the company for eight years as an agent serving north of Boston. Being able to provide top-notch client service has been a focus of Ben’s throughout his professional career. His hands on knowledge of Lamacchia training, systems, technology, and marketing make him a prime candidate for this position. Prior to Real Estate, he worked in the Hospitality industry as a Restaurant Manager where his focus was on creating quality guest experiences to gain ‘customers-for-life’; a skill which he has taken into his career as a REALTOR®.
