May 1, 2022 – Announced at the 2022 REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) Awards Ceremony, Top Worcester County Team, The Balestracci Group consisting of top-producing REALTORS®, leader Mark Balestracci, Elissa Comeau, and Matthew Jette have achieved Diamond Status, which is awarded to teams in the top 1% of production across all RACM members. Team qualifications are based on the number of people on that team, with each person on the team requiring an additional 50% of the individual production levels. As an Individual, the agent must have sold a minimum of $4 million volume plus a minimum of 16 units, or 22 units with no minimum volume, or $8 million with no minimum units. So, for a team of 3, they must sell a minimum of $8 million plus 32 units, or 44 units with no minimum volume, or $16 million. In 2021, The Balestracci Group sold over $38 Million in sales volume.
