Liz Martinez is a dedicated REALTOR® based out of Lamacchia Realty’s Auburn office, whose passion for real estate grew from her professional background in housing and public policy. After working directly with public housing residents on self sufficiency and long term housing goals, Liz wanted to use that experience to help people navigate one of life’s most important decisions. She takes a research driven approach and focuses on clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and understanding each client’s individual needs.

Before entering real estate, Liz worked as a Self Sufficiency Coordinator at a local housing authority and currently serves as a Policy Analyst for the Massachusetts House of Representatives, focusing on housing, transportation, and financial services. She is also completing her master’s degree in public policy at Worcester State University. Her background has strengthened her skills in research, advocacy, and understanding the policies and economic factors that influence housing, real estate investment, and development.

Liz lives in Sturbridge with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, running, spending time in nature, and being with her family and animals, including their chickens, cat, and puppy. Whether helping a first time buyer, seller, or investor, Liz is committed to making sure her clients feel informed, confident, and well represented throughout the entire real estate process.
