- Slogans I am not just a realtor, but also an Engineer. I just give you the facts!
I joined Lamacchia Realty in Milford, CT because “I strive to lead the field in innovation, research, and consumer education”.
I have excelled in selling my listings and finding the best homes for my clients not only during the best of the times but also during the worst of times. I am one of the most consistent producers in my service areas. I believe in helping people to improve the environment with sustainability, solar, and energy efficiency solutions to make the earth a better place to live now and in the future.
I take the time to understand the real marketability of your home. Clients who are buying and selling know that I understand homes beyond the paint, and cosmetics. I work from the basement up to the roof to insure there are no surprises late in the process for buyers and sellers alike. Clients know me for my straightforward honesty and my knowledge of home construction, mechanicals and maintenance. All of this leads to understanding value.
