Ashley Brasco recently began her real estate career, but her passion for the industry started long before earning her license. Inspired by her father, a real estate developer, Ashley spent much of her childhood visiting job sites, painting walls, and learning about the business firsthand. Those experiences showed her that real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes. It is about helping people build their future, create lasting memories, and find a place to call home.

Ashley graduated from Lexington High School and earned her Associate of Arts degree from Valencia College. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Marketing through the University of Central Florida’s online program. Before transitioning into real estate, Ashley worked in the service and retail industries, where she developed strong communication, organization, problem solving, and customer service skills that continue to benefit her clients today.

Ashley is committed to being a trusted resource for buyers and sellers, helping make one of life’s biggest financial decisions as simple and stress free as possible. Clients and friends describe her as persistent, creative, and caring, qualities she brings to every transaction.

Ashley grew up in Lexington, Massachusetts, spent several years living in Viera, Florida, returned to Lexington for high school, and now calls Billerica home. She chose Lamacchia Realty because of its outstanding training, supportive culture, and commitment to helping new agents succeed.

Outside of real estate, Ashley enjoys sewing, baking sourdough, gardening, painting, ceramics, and exploring new creative projects. She also loves traveling, learning new skills, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with her orange cat, Max.
