After three years as an administrative assistant going above and beyond for Lamacchia Realty REALTORS®, Sydney Tarby has officially been promoted to the Woburn Office Manager. Since she joined, Sydney has impressed everyone she has worked with, always willing to go the extra mile for her agents and their clients.

As office manager, Sydney will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Woburn Office including providing immense support for agents and staff, recommending technology and system improvements, offering training, coaching, and supervision for staff & agents on operational matters, and more. Clients and agents alike are constantly applauding Sydney’s dedication and skill to making every transaction a smooth one.
