April 14, 2026 – Today, RISMedia highlighted Lamacchia Realty’s recent acquisition of Rosewood Realty and its affiliated real estate school, marking another step in the company’s continued expansion across Massachusetts. This acquisition has expanded the brokerage’s footprint in Bristol County and the South Coast region. The acquisition brings broker-owner Eric Alberto and 16 agents into Lamacchia’s Fall River office, while also adding a training platform that will scale agent education statewide.

The integration of Rosewood Realty and Real Estate School aligns with Lamacchia’s ongoing emphasis on agent development, with plans to expand licensing and continuing education programs across Massachusetts by summer 2026. This marks Lamacchia Realty’s 14th acquisition in New England in just over two years.
