Eric Alberto is a real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. He is the founder of Rosewood Realty and Rosewood Real Estate School, where he has built a strong reputation for professionalism, service, and commitment to the industry. Eric joined Lamacchia Realty following the acquisition in April of 2026.

Born and raised in Fall River, Massachusetts, Eric developed a strong work ethic and focus on customer service through his family’s entrepreneurial background in the local community. 

Now focused on working directly with buyers, sellers, and investors, Eric brings a hands on, client first approach to every transaction. His experience as a broker and business owner allows him to guide clients through complex decisions with confidence and clarity. 

In addition to his sales work, Eric is a certified real estate instructor and remains actively involved in training and developing new agents. His ability to connect real estate concepts to real world situations gives both his clients and students a unique advantage. 

Licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Eric is bilingual in English and Portuguese and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with professionalism and integrity. 

Eric resides in Somerset with his wife and their twin teenage children.
