With a real estate career that began in 2013, Rose Ann brings a thoughtful, people-first approach grounded in strong communication, marketing expertise, and problem-solving. Her background in client-focused roles helped her develop the patience, attention to detail, and ability to guide people through important decisions with confidence and care — qualities that naturally translated into a successful career in real estate.

She holds both the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations, allowing her to skillfully support a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to those navigating later-life transitions. Rose Ann joined Lamacchia Realty in March 2026.

Her experience in leadership and education strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, advocate for others, and simplify complex processes — skills she now uses every day to help clients feel informed and supported throughout their real estate journey.

Originally from Malden, Rose Ann has proudly called Milford home for nearly 35 years. Her deep local knowledge and strong community connections provide valuable insight to the clients and families she serves.

Outside of real estate, Rose Ann enjoys spending time with her husband, their four adult children, and especially her granddaughter. She loves traveling, whether exploring new destinations or enjoying a quick getaway, and has a passion for entertaining at home. Creating warm, welcoming spaces where people can gather, connect, and make lasting memories is something she values both personally and professionally.
