Mike Phinney Named Lamacchia Realty Employee of the Month – June 2026
Behind the incredible REALTORS® of Lamacchia Realty is a team of over 70 staff members that work tirelessly to support, propel, and operate the independently owned brokerage. Each and every staff member plays an integral role in the continued success of the quickly growing company. Lamacchia Realty views its staff members in the highest regard, fostering the values the full service, value-based brokerage prides itself on. The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.
The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The June Employee of the Month is Mike Phinney.
Mike, better known to many as “Phinney,” has been a valued member of the Lamacchia family since joining Lamacchia Realty in March 2019. Throughout his time with the company, he has excelled in every role he has taken on. After playing an integral role with Lamacchia Property Development, he now supports all of Lamacchia Companies.
Anyone who has had the pleasure of working with Phinney knows him for his genuine kindness, strong work ethic, and unwavering dependability. His dedication has earned him well-deserved recognition over the years, including being named Lamacchia Realty’s Staff Star in 2021.
Phinney was also honored as December 2024 Employee of the Month alongside Field Service Technician Josh Perez. Together, they have played an instrumental role in renovating both new and existing Lamacchia Realty branch office locations, helping ensure every space reflects the company’s high standards.
