The total sales volume also increased an impressive 60%, with a total of $254 Million. While the housing market in 2021 had its challenges, our Leominster REALTORS® showed they are unstoppable!
When the Leominster office first opened in 2019, it took the city of Leominster by storm and quickly rose to the top. In both 2019 and 2020, Lamacchia Realty was ranked the #1 Independent Brokerage in Leominster. As of July 2021, the office maintained its ranking worked hard to retain that status for the remainder of the year. Final numbers are expected to be released in the next few months. Our own Laurie Howe Bourgeois was ranked the #1 Real Estate Agent in Leominster and Worcester County for 2021!
