Kevin is a lifelong resident of the Leominster and Fitchburg area. The son of a forty year member of the Leominster Police Department, he was raised with the core values of hard work and community service. In 1991, Kevin was elected as the youngest member in history to serve on the Leominster City Council – a record that still stands today. He and his late husband John purchased their first home at the age of 27, and over the next several years bought and sold multiple rental properties in the area. Kevin has an extensive background in Human Resources management spanning over fifteen years. Several years ago, he decided to obtain his real estate sales license to combine his knowledge of and deep roots in the local area, housing markets, and people skills to put his passion and experience to work for buyers and sellers. Kevin is excited to join the Lamacchia team to get it done for his clients. He currently lives in Fitchburg with his partner Jim, and their two dogs Buzz and Dexter.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“I moderate a local political forum on local access television and online streaming that brings together locals from all across the political spectrum to discuss and debate the issues of the day. I also host and moderate debates for the local city council, mayoral, and legislative races in the Leominster/Fitchburg area. In my spare time, beach days, road trips, or a quiet day on the porch with a good book help reset may compass. “
Do you have a favorite charity?
“Animal welfare is where my heart is. A portion of all commissions I make as a real estate sales agent is donated to pet rescue charities.”
What is your favorite thing about your job?
“I remember the feeling of joy, hope, and accomplishment when I purchased my first home many many years ago. Helping others along that path and to that feeling is a rewarding and purposeful goal and gives me the fire in my belly to get it done for them!”
Do you have any pets?
“Buzz and Dexter are my light. They are both Shih Tzus who were rescued from tough situations and are now living their best life!”
What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?
“Always down for a game of bocce with friends.”
