After nearly four years as an administrative assistant going above and beyond for Lamacchia Realty REALTORS®, Erin Flood has officially been promoted to the Worcester Office Manager. Since she joined the company, Erin’s unwavering kindness and dependability stood out, along with her ability to make every single one of her agents and their clients feel as though they are her top priority. Erin’s fierce work ethic and dedication to the company have earned her multiple recognitions over the years, from being named a Staff Star in 2021, to receiving Employee of the Month in August 2022.

As office manager, Erin will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch office, while continuing to provide invaluable guidance and support to all our Worcester area REALTORS®. Erin’s goal is to ensure that every agent has the resources and support they need to succeed, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the brokerage in Worcester County and beyond.
