Behind the incredible REALTORS® of Lamacchia Realty is a team of over 90 staff members that work tirelessly to support, propel, and operate the independently owned brokerage. Each and every staff member plays an integral role in the continued success of the quickly growing company. Lamacchia Realty views its staff members in the highest regard, fostering the values the full service, value-based brokerage prides itself on. The Employee of the Month award recognizes a staff member each month that embodies the company’s mission statement, helping to guide agents, clients, and fellow staff members to their success.  

The Employee of the Month is voted upon by the Lamacchia Realty Leadership Team every month. The December Employee of the Month is Erin Flood.

Erin joined Lamacchia Realty in 2020 and quickly became a valuable resource for our REALTORS® in our Worcester County offices. Her positive demeanor, reliability, and commitment do not go unnoticed! This isn’t the first time Erin has earned recognition for her hard work. In 2021, she was named a Lamacchia Realty Staff Star and was the Employee of the Month in August 2022. When she began her journey with the company, she was one of our talented administrative assistants. In March 2024, she was officially promoted to Office Manager of the Worcester office. Finally, in November 2025, Erin stepped into the role of Transaction Manager, where she expertly assists several Worcester County area REALTORS® with their deals! Erin is an absolute delight to everyone she interacts with, and we couldn’t be happier to have her as part of the Lamacchia Realty family.
